The Project Settings section of the Project Settings Summary menu allows you to quickly review and adjust the general settings for your survey.
1: Accessing Project Settings
To view the project settings for your survey, first click the "Settings" button at the top right of the Survey Editor or XML Editor.
In the "Survey Summary" window, select "Project Settings" from the "Summary" drop-down or click the blue "Project Settings" header on the left.
2: Configuring Project Settings
In the Project Settings menu, you can modify the general settings for your project, including the following:
- Project Name: The name used for the survey in the portal. Respondents do not see this name.
- Portal Location: The directory or subdirectory in which the survey should be stored.
- Project Path: The URL path to the survey. Click the text in blue to change the project number (alphanumeric ID code).
Note: Only supervisors are permitted to modify project paths.
- Primary Language:The default language for the survey. You can select a language from the drop-down or click "Edit Languages" to access the Language Manager Overview.
3: Saving Project Settings
To apply these settings to your project, click the "Save" button at the bottom right.
