Dashboard

• ACLs can now be added to filters and filtergroups

• Limited warnings are displayed when reordering elements in the tree where there are logic references in element conditions such as cond, rowCond, colCond, choiceCond

• The launching process has been simplified with a cleaner menu

• Added the loads() function from the JSON library. This can now be used in SECURE surveys under the alias json_loads()

• Datasources can now use uuid as ourKey
