The fixed-width variants of the SPSS datamap (*.sps file) now use UTF-8 encoding, allowing languages such as Chinese to display correctly.
When a datamap is requested in a non-primary language, HTML tags are now correctly stripped and the
alt=attribute is used when no translation is provided.
