After running a total frequency report in Crosstabs, you can access various report viewing options using the View Options menu. This document details the options available in the Crosstabs View Options menu.
The View Options menu is located at the upper-left of the Crosstabs screen.
1: Hiding Quality Assurance (QA) Codes
Click to hide or display Quality Assurance (QA) codes in the Crosstabs report. QA codes are shown in green and signify a specific question type, question attribute, or survey attribute. See About QA Codes for a complete list and description of each QA code.
In the example below, the QA code "RAD" is shown signifying a single select question. If Hide QA Codes is selected, this QA code will not be visible in the report.
2: Hiding Tables with No Participants
In some instances, a report might have tables with no data in them. Click to hide or display these empty data tables.
In the example below, "Hide Tables with No Participants" is not selected so empty tables appear in the report.
3: Hiding Download Data Values
Click to hide or display the data values for response options in the crosstabs report.
See Assigning Numerical Values to Answer Options for more information on viewing and changing response option data values.
4: Hiding the Unweighted Total Count
Note: Only available if weights have been added to the data.
If weights have been added to the data, click to hide or display the unweighted total for each segment in the report.
