Using Digital Feedback with Forsta Surveys

1. Set up your desired survey in Forsta Surveys.

2. Add Forsta Digital Feedback sample source from Participant Sources.

3. Synchronize your survey to Smarthub. See Integrating Forsta Surveys into Smarthub to learn how to connect a Decipher survey to Smarthub.

Note: Your Forsta Survey needs to be launched in order to use Digital Feedback.

4. Navigate to Smarthub.

5. Select the Digital Feedback tile within Smarthub.

6. Click + New Program.

7. Click the Edit button on the left panel. You will be navigated to a page to create your Digital Feedback program. See Creating a New Program.

8. In Digital Feedback, create a scenario, a container, an invitation, and survey(s).

9. Once you have added your survey, switch the toggle to the scenario you would like to turn on and select PUBLISH.

10. Click the Overview button.

11. Click the copy icon to copy the Program Loader Script.

12. Provide this script to your Website Administrator to add the script to the header of the desired page so the script will load.
