The Decipher system automatically collects usage data on every survey created in the Portal. This document outlines the process for accessing and viewing your usage data using your company's Usage Statistics report.
Note: Projects containing imported completes and deleted participants in cleaned data are only tracked in the Usage Statistics report as of the M25 software release (Sept. 2014). Disqualified participants in cleaned data are tracked as of the M26 software release (Nov. 2014).
Note: Only company Supervisors can access and manage the company page and usage statistics.
